Community Insights Group and the University of Strathclyde are pleased to offer a new SIA e-learning programme. The 8-week course will build your practical knowledge in conducting SIA that conforms to IAIA’s International Principles for IA and Guidance for SIA, the IFC Environmental and Social Performance Standards, Good International Industry Practice (GIIP) and the United Nations Guiding Principles for Business and Human Rights.

Course fee is £700 per student. The course starts on 3 September 2018 and applications are now open. Applications can be made up to 31 July 2018.
Criteria for attendance include:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (or any graduate or post-graduate degree)
- minimum of 2 years professional experience in infrastructure, energy, mining or oil and gas project development
A limited number of exceptional candidates without a Bachelor’s degree may be declared eligible by the programme directors on the basis of their professional experience.
